Welcome
I am delighted that you are here. We are on a journey with God, abiding in God’s deep love for us. I desire to travel alongside you to assist in noticing God’s presence and to gently encourage you to go deeper still in knowing God and yourself which in turn impacts how you live in the world.
Individual Spiritual Direction
These one-on-one meetings focus upon your relationship with God. During the time, you are invited to share about your daily life and we journey together - deeply listening and noticing God’s abiding presence and movement in your life.
Group Spiritual Direction
This practice is similar to individual spiritual direction with the exception in having 4-6 people gathering to share. Each person is committed to attentively and deeply listen, share, and respond to each other. The intention is to increase awareness of God’s loving work in our lives, and to respond by pouring out God’s love into the world.
Retreats
It takes courage to hit the pause button and focus upon who we are and whose we are. This set apart time is an opportunity to unplug from your daily routines and connect more deeply with God. Retreatants experience space for solitude, community, reading scripture, contemplative practices, and prayer.
